
L&D Development Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be at the forefront of building learning and culture. This role combines training operations, compliance, and employee engagement, making it ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, people-focused, and excited to grow in the L&D space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support both the behind-the-scenes logistics that keep programs running smoothly and the front-facing activities that bring our values to life.
- Assist in needs assessment, preparation of learning materials, and co-facilitation of sessions.
- Handle logistics: scheduling, enrollment, coordination with MS Teams/OneDrive, and post-training follow-up.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, Education, or related field.
- Preferably with 1–2 years of HR, training, or related experience, though fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfort using MS Teams and OneDrive.
- Intermediate Excel skills (formulas, formatting, data analysis).
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with onboarding and adult learning principles.
- Customer-focused mindset and ability to balance multiple deadlines.
