Product Specialist role at CHEMREZ PRODUCT SOLUTIONS, INC.

General Objective

The primary goal of this role is to generate leads and promote Endura building solutions through personal and digital marketing. The Product Specialist will develop projects with industrial end-users and top contractors, aiming to convert prospects and maximize sales volume. A key part of the job is ensuring customer satisfaction, managing accounts receivable, and providing excellent service to minimize quality complaints and reworks.

Duties and Responsibilities

A. Planning

  • Gather and report market and customer data to the Technical Sales Manager.
  • Prepare sales plans, forecasts, and targets for your assigned market and customer base.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing initiatives like brochures, product demonstrations, webinars, and digital campaigns.
  • Plan efficient customer visits to maximize coverage and time.
  • Develop strategies for prospecting new clients and collecting overdue accounts.

B. Execution

  • Continuously improve selling and collection skills.
  • Maintain and upgrade your knowledge of products and their applications.
  • Coordinate with support departments—such as Technical, Distribution, and Accounting—to ensure high-quality products and services for customers.
  • Analyze sales and collection performance against plans and report variances.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints.
  • Provide feedback to relevant departments regarding product quality, service, pricing, and market conditions.
  • Maintain and update your daily, weekly, and monthly customer visit schedules.
  • Keep detailed sales and collection records for your area of responsibility.
  • Operate and maintain the company car, ensuring it is in good working condition.
  • Prepare necessary customer and internal correspondence.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Required

  • Education: Graduate of any 4-year business course.
  • Experience: At least one (1) year of experience in sales or marketing.
  • Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Must be familiar with the target industries and customers in the assigned territory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
