The opportunity

Teleperformance is seeking a talented L&D Content Designer to join our team at our Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila location. This is a full-time role that provides the opportunity to work from home. As the L&D Content Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing engaging and effective learning content using Articulate 360 and other eLearning authoring tools.

Key responsibilities

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand training needs and develop content strategies
  • Design and develop interactive and visually appealing eLearning modules, simulations, and other digital learning assets
  • Utilise Articulate 360 and other eLearning authoring tools to create high-quality, mobile-responsive learning content
  • Ensure learning content is aligned with organisational goals, policies, and compliance requirements
  • Continuously improve learning content based on learner feedback and performance data
  • Provide support and guidance to learners and facilitators on the use of eLearning solutions

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in instructional design or eLearning content development
  • Demonstrated expertise in using Articulate 360 and other eLearning authoring tools
  • Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into engaging and user-friendly content
  • Creativity and a keen eye for visual design to create visually appealing and intuitive learning experiences
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe)
