Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Administrative Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for senior executives.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations to ensure timely delivery and high-quality output.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems and manage documents related to client projects.
  • Conduct research to support candidate sourcing and client needs.
  • Provide administrative support to the team as needed, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and candidates to deliver exceptional service and experiences.
  • Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and workshops.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Prior experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
  • Adaptability in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
