The Talent Matcher plays a pivotal role in connecting high-quality candidates with clients. This dedicated professional sources and evaluates top candidates from our existing talent pool, aligning with client needs and maintaining backup options.
Key Responsibilities:- Source and evaluate top candidates to meet client requirements.
- Conduct multiple interviews during the night shift, serving as the final step before endorsement to training or client introduction.
- Coordinate requests between candidates and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication.
- Prepare detailed evaluation reports to aid clients in making informed hiring decisions, reflecting Magic's quality standards.
- Work towards monthly goals, ensuring recommendations meet client standards and quality expectations.
- Maintain resilience and focus in a goal-oriented environment with daily targets.
- Excellent English communication skills for client-facing interactions.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Goal-oriented mindset with ability to work toward daily/monthly targets.
- Quick learning ability.
- Night shift availability.
- Associate (0-6 months): Learn Magic processes, conduct interviews, meet quality standards during night shift.
