Agile Delivery Manager Role

This is a senior leadership position that requires the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and have a strong understanding of agile principles and commercial oversight.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sprint Facilitation: Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives to drive team velocity.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Provide clear, concise updates to executives and clients on project progress and scope.
  • Project Coordination: Plan, budget, and resource multiple concurrent work streams while ensuring SLA compliance.
  • Commercial Strategy: Own delivery P&L, monitor margin, burn-rate, and revenue recognition, maintaining accurate forecast-to-complete data.
Requirements:
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM or PSM) with 3-5 years' experience guiding agile teams.
  • Formal project management accreditation (Prince2, PMP, or equivalent).
  • Demonstrable commercial acumen and familiarity with revenue recognition principles.
  • Proficient with PSA/PM and agile tooling (e.g., ConnectWise Manage, Jira, Azure DevOps).
  • Strong communication skills, comfortable interacting with developers and C-suite stakeholders.

This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of agile methodologies and commercial principles.
