Logistics and Customer Service Specialist

This role involves working closely with customers and logistics partners to coordinate deliveries efficiently, while maintaining a strong focus on providing outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused and comfortable working with spreadsheets, order tracking and e-commerce systems.
The responsibilities of this position include:
- Coordinating with customers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products;
- Managing relationships with logistics partners to optimize delivery routes and reduce costs;
- Providing excellent customer service through phone, email, or in-person interactions;
- Analyzing data from spreadsheets and e-commerce systems to identify trends and areas for improvement;
