We are seeking an Operations Logistics Coordinator who will facilitate same-day deliveries across the US. This role is responsible for coordinating logistics, communicating with cross-functional teams and daily interaction with driver agents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate logistics in assigned markets and create efficient routes given driver schedules, customer needs, and service level due times.
  • Mastery of the CXT dispatch system is required.
  • Candidates must be able to communicate directly with customers via phone and email to resolve issues quickly.
  • Familiarity with Dialpad and Zendesk, our telephone and ticketing systems, is necessary.
  • Direct, efficient communication and immediate feedback to drivers is essential.
  • Achieve on-time delivery metrics of 90%+ for all markets assigned.
  • Provide positive, ongoing feedback to General Managers, City Managers, and Supervisors regarding driver supply needs and performance.
  • Learns market(s) ensuring comprehensive knowledge of clients, drivers, and specific needs.

  • Adaptability to new software technologies and eagerness to learn and adapt to changing market conditions are necessary.
  • Demonstrated ability to run operationally efficient projects and teams.
  • Passion for logistics and rigorous business practices is a must.
  • Knowledge of Google Office Suite is required.
  • Ability to work in a remote environment is essential.
