Job Title:

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to oversee the entire order process from placement to delivery.

  • Achieve efficient supply chain operations by streamlining logistics, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with 3PL partners, couriers, and suppliers to ensure seamless delivery of orders.
  • Optimize stock levels across various channels, including Amazon UK, Amazon USA, eBay, Shopify, and TikTok Shop.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions.
Main Responsibilities:Order Fulfilment & Logistics Coordination
  • Oversee all e-commerce orders from placement to delivery, ensuring timely fulfilment.
  • Liaise with logistics providers to resolve delivery issues promptly.
  • Implement tracking systems to improve delivery times and order accuracy.
  • Identify and mitigate bottlenecks in order fulfillment.
Inventory Management & Stock Control
  • Manage real-time stock levels across multiple platforms.
  • Prevent overselling or stockouts by maintaining accurate stock updates.
  • Coordinate stock transfers between warehouses and fulfillment centers for optimal efficiency.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to minimize discrepancies.
Retail Order Management & Compliance
  • Ensure end-to-end retail order fulfillment, from placement to final delivery.
  • Meet retailer deadlines for production and delivery timelines.
  • Maintain compliance with retailer requirements for packaging, labeling, and documentation.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for retailers on operational matters.
Website Updates & Product Listings Management
  • Trigger website updates in real-time whenever stock changes occur.
  • Collaborate with marketing and web teams to update product descriptions, pricing, and stock availability.
  • Coordinate promotions and discounts based on stock levels to maximize sales.
Customer Service & Issue Resolution
  • Resolve escalated customer service issues efficiently.
  • Track common complaints and develop strategies to reduce negative feedback.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction through improved response times and resolution rates.
System Optimization & Reporting
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement automation and process improvements.
  • Streamline workflows and integrate new tools with internal teams.
  • Document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for consistency and accountability.
  • Provide weekly reports on operational performance, including KPIs and data-driven insights.
