Job Title: Customer Relationship Specialist

The role of a Customer Relationship Specialist involves engaging with customers through outbound calls, promoting products or services, and closing sales while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
  • Making outbound calls to prospective or existing customers.
  • Presenting and promoting products or services to meet customer needs.
  • Handling objections and closing sales effectively.
  • Maintaining accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in the CRM system.
  • Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Requirements
  • A minimum age of 18 years.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of sales experience in a contact center or telesales environment.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Familiarity with sales tools and CRM platforms.
