Job Title: Sales Operations Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Operations Analyst to join our team. As the primary point of contact for distribution channel inventory reconciliation, you will be responsible for monitoring sync rates between ADI virtual inventory buckets and distributors' reported inventory.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring and maintaining accurate inventory records across all channels;
  • Developing data-driven metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement;
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to address audit-related questions and ensure seamless resolution of issues;
  • Building strong relationships with distributors to drive improvements in reporting behavior and resolve issues promptly;
  • Reviewing and updating documentation annually to keep it current.

In addition to these key responsibilities, we are looking for candidates who possess strong Excel skills and data analysis abilities, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with sales and distribution in a semiconductor technology company and proficiency in SAP S4/HANA and Model-N.
