Job Overview

This role entails identifying and securing potential property deals through strategic cold calling. As our dedicated Cold Calling Specialist, you will be the first point of contact with property owners, using your persuasive communication skills to uncover opportunities in the market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to property owners from provided lead lists.
  • Research and reference recent property sales in target areas for pricing comparisons.
  • Identify potential sellers and gauge interest in cash offers.
  • Track and document all call outcomes and potential leads.
  • Send contracts to interested property owners.
  • Meet daily calling metrics and performance indicators.
  • Generate qualified leads for property acquisitions.
Requirements:

To succeed in this position, you should possess excellent communication and persuasion skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a remote environment. You must also be comfortable working with lists of approximately 1,000+ contacts, with additional lists available.

Benefits:
