Acquisitions Specialist

Description:
The Real Estate Analyst position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of our commercial real estate investment group. As a key member of the acquisitions team, you will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating potential investments, conducting market research, and providing support to the executive team and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Perform financial analysis and underwriting on potential investments to identify opportunities for growth and maximize returns.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to inform investment decisions and ensure alignment with our business objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including property sellers, brokers, and service providers.
- Prepare high-quality presentation decks and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Assist in due diligence processes, including lease review, rent roll, loan documents, and coordination with third parties.
- Organize and maintain the acquisition pipeline to ensure timely and efficient processing of new deals.
- Provide administrative support to the acquisitions team as needed.
Requirements:
- Latin honors (cum laude or better) from a reputable university preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, or accounting is a plus.
- MBA degree preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience in real estate asset management, finance, or acquisitions.
- Experience with top consulting firms or financial institutions is a plus.
- Proficiency in underwriting and analyzing real estate opportunities.
- Experience with quantitative evaluation and analysis (ROI, cash flow, NOI).
- Advanced Excel modeling skills are required.
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to produce error-free work under tight deadlines with minimal oversight.
