Customer Service Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients across multiple channels while supporting key marketing initiatives.

This role combines operational customer care duties with marketing-related tasks, including assisting with e-commerce campaigns, client communications, and digital engagement. The position requires accuracy, efficiency, and a strong understanding of luxury service standards to reflect our brand's values.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, and have experience in a similar position within a related industry. Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail, particularly in data entry, are essential for success in this role.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Responding to client inquiries across email, phone, and social channels in line with our luxury service standards;
  • Managing daily live chat conversations with online platform clients, upholding our standards;
  • Replying to socials, such as Google reviews;
  • Maintaining accurate records of all client interactions and updating relevant stakeholders on outcomes;
  • Consulting with boutique staff and the retail operations team to ensure timely resolution of complex client concerns.
