Customer Support Representative Role

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving complex issues with ease.

Your primary responsibility will be to handle incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner. You will also be responsible for documenting customer interactions, updating records, and escalating issues to relevant teams when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service via phone, email, and chat channels

  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently and effectively

  • Update customer information and records accurately and promptly

  • Educate customers on products and services, addressing their questions and concerns

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide solutions

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations

  • Basic knowledge of computer applications and software

  • Familiarity with customer service principles and practices
