Job Overview

We're seeking exceptional Guest Services Agents to provide seamless and memorable stays for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Experience with Guesty (or similar short-term rental property management systems).
  • Fluency in English, both in writing and speaking.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset, even when under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
