Job Description

Our company is seeking a skilled Systems Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining Microsoft 365 tenants, as well as managing Windows Server and Desktop operating systems.

Additionally, you will monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.

You will also be responsible for performing regular backup operations and implementing appropriate processes for disaster recovery and failover procedures.

Other responsibilities include managing user accounts and access permissions, providing technical support and guidance to users, and documenting system configurations, procedures, and changes via helpdesk tickets and project reports.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years proven experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Entra, Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams admin portals.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Scripting.
  • Strong knowledge of various operating systems (Windows, Apple, etc.) and virtualization technologies.
  • Familiarity with network protocols, firewall management, and security.
  • Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) and MDM software is a plus.
