Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce administrator to oversee the management of our cloud-based quote-to-cash environment. This role will be responsible for configuring, administering, and supporting our Salesforce CPQ setup, ensuring seamless integration with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and administer the CPQ environment, including product creation, price rules, and validation processes.
  • Act as a technical resource to understand requirements and support quote-to-cash experiences within Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with sales, sales operations, product, order management, finance, and deal desk teams to drive key initiatives.
  • Assist in projects related to renewal automation, amendment optimization, and order management.
  • Maintain quote templates and quote terms.
  • Support the maintenance of integration between Salesforce and Netsuite.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation for end-users and solution design documentation for the GTM Systems Team.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot technical issues with CPQ.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience administering Salesforce CPQ.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (preferred).
  • Comprehensive understanding of multiple CPQ functionalities, including perpetual and subscription-based licensing, different discounting models, amendments, extensions, co-terming, and renewals.
  • Hands-on experience in CPQ technical solution design and development.
  • Understanding of sales quote-to-cash business processes in B2B SaaS environments.
  • Ability to work directly with various stakeholders to capture business requirements and provide solutions within Salesforce.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce platform updates, CPQ industry trends, and best practices to enhance our Salesforce solutions.
  • Experience working with the Force.com platform configuration and development using Apex & flows.
