Sales Enablement Coordinator

Job Requirements:
We are seeking a Sales Enablement Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Global Innovation Manager, focusing on project coordination and data quality within Salesforce CRM system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate projects with the Global Sales Innovation Manager, ensuring timely updates and problem-solving as needed.
- Organize global kick-offs and assist with event planning.
- Manage diaries and expenses of sales directors.
- Maintain overall project processes and administer project documentation.
- Support meetings, boards, and committees with minute-taking and formal meeting notes production.
- Generate reports and dashboards in Salesforce for sales leaders.
- Plan and organize events and functions as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree holder.
- Proven experience in Salesforce, project management, and administration.
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Attention to detail and high standards of work.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of databases and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Experience in a sales environment.
- Materials and Resources:
- Technical creation, collation, and editing of curriculum content/media.
- Preparation and dissemination of materials.
- Building/maintaining online training libraries.
- Learner Support (Gamified & Certified):
- Technical point-of-contact for delegates.
- Technical liaison between suppliers and XHR.
- Creation of assignments and micro-learning content.
- Administering delegate follow-up.
- Learning Review Events - quarterly Academy Showcase sessions including:
- Collation of good news stories and testimonials.
- Collating use-case studies.
- Updating the Wall Of Wins.
- Finding speakers.
- Distribution of incentive winnings.
- General Support:
- Project management and delivery for New Business Leadership Team.
- Customer Growth Leadership Team.
- Sales Support Materials including Sales Playbooks.
- Must be in current role for 1 year.
- Must not have any pending/active disciplinary action.
- Must have a successful or above rating in the last performance review.
