Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced cabinet maker/draftsperson to join our team. This role involves designing, drafting, and producing high-quality cabinetry for kitchens, bathrooms, wardrobes, and other custom joinery projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, technical expertise, and the ability to translate client concepts into precise shop drawings and production-ready files.

You will work closely with our design, production, and installation teams to ensure every project is delivered accurately, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

This is a remote role that requires a self-motivated individual who can work independently while maintaining open communication with our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and draft cabinetry using Mozaik software.
  • Interpret architectural plans, client briefs, and design specifications.
  • Make recommendations on design improvements and functionality.
  • Provide accurate shop drawings and assembly instructions to the production team.
  • Troubleshoot and adjust designs to ensure smooth production flow.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a cabinet maker/draftsperson in a custom joinery environment.
  • Proficiency in Mozaik software (design, drafting, and production modules).
  • Strong understanding of cabinetry construction, hardware, and installation practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and technical plans.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
