Key Responsibilities

  1. Support supplier relationships for a product category, including long-term capacity planning, contingency planning, and order placement.
  2. Collaborate with other operational teams to ensure the correct replenishment strategy for our growing business.
  3. Manage day-to-day order management, including transactional issue resolution and critical information gathering.
  4. Proactively identify and communicate opportunities for improvement or potential risks.
  5. Closely collaborate with the Strategic Procurement team on processes, negotiations, and team projects.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of work experience in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or Logistics.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and a 'get it done' mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills and a high interest in process development.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
