This is a full-time role for an Administrative Specialist. The main goal is to assist the Admin Manager in overseeing day-to-day office operations.
Main Responsibilities:

- Monitor and manage the maintenance of the vehicle fleet, ensuring compliance with safety and regulations.">
- Develop and implement best practices for vehicle usage and driver performance.">
- Lead the purchase process for office supplies, equipment, and materials, ensuring cost-effective procurement.">
- Oversee inventory management and maintain accurate records of purchases.">
- Guide and support admin staff to enhance operational efficiency.">
- Implement and refine admin procedures to streamline office operations.">
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legal regulations concerning administrative functions.">
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:

- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.">
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative role, with supervisory or asst. managerial responsibilities.">
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.">
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant office software.">
- Experience in vehicle management and procurement is a plus.">

Benefits:
This role offers a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
