Job Summary:

This is a full-time role for an Administrative Specialist. The main goal is to assist the Admin Manager in overseeing day-to-day office operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage the maintenance of the vehicle fleet, ensuring compliance with safety and regulations.">
  • Develop and implement best practices for vehicle usage and driver performance.">
  • Lead the purchase process for office supplies, equipment, and materials, ensuring cost-effective procurement.">
  • Oversee inventory management and maintain accurate records of purchases.">
  • Guide and support admin staff to enhance operational efficiency.">
  • Implement and refine admin procedures to streamline office operations.">
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legal regulations concerning administrative functions.">


Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.">
  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative role, with supervisory or asst. managerial responsibilities.">
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.">
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant office software.">
  • Experience in vehicle management and procurement is a plus.">
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.">

Benefits:

This role offers a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
