System Support Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven professional to join our team in a System Support role. This position involves system setup, workflow oversight, and account coordination to ensure the success of our client-facing representatives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Configure and maintain internal systems for new and existing client accounts
  • Optimize systems to support seamless account delivery and high client satisfaction
  • Develop, document, and refine internal workflows to improve operational efficiency
  • Monitor ongoing processes and proactively address bottlenecks or errors
  • Maintain accurate records across systems; perform regular data audits
  • Implement data validation procedures to ensure accuracy throughout the client lifecycle
  • Collaborate closely with client-facing representatives to support account delivery
  • Assist with the preparation of client reports, proposals, and system demonstrations
  • Utilize standard IT tools (e.g., CRM, Excel, databases, reporting tools) to manage and troubleshoot client systems
  • Provide first-level internal technical support and liaise with external providers as needed
Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in systems support, operations, or account management
  • Strong process management and optimization skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Proficiency in standard IT tools (e.g., CRMs, Excel, collaboration platforms, databases)
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Broad understanding of commercial property sector or willingness to learn
