Note:

1. This position will be remote in early period, and will be onsite when the Philippines office is built in NCR(Still planning)

2. The coordinator will primarily cover AMS region ( night shift LT from 10Pm : 7:00 AM)

What You'll Do:

1. Assist the Dispatch

Assess technical requirements and assign the right engineer for onsite or remote jobs.

Manage the ticket lifecycle by tracking progress, updates, and resolution timelines.

Provide technical support to the internal team during job assignment and execution.

Conduct technical vetting to:

Verify if engineers possess the required skills and certifications for the task.

Ensure engineers have the necessary tools and documentation before deployment.

Provide expertise for critical onsite requirements.

2. Support Engineer

Act as the primary contact for engineers during onsite or remote activities.

Provide remote assistance through technical meeting links and bridges:

Ensure engineers join the bridge and the customer conversation begins smoothly.

Support engineers onsite by addressing live technical questions from customers.

Act as SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for technical questions from onsite engineers or

customers.

Coordinate with remote specialists if customers require system access for knowledge or data.

Assist in troubleshooting, escalations, and implementation of best practices.

3. Guide Customer

Clarify technical issues and manage customer expectations regarding solutions and timelines.

Provide or arrange technical training and knowledge transfer for engineers.

Conduct technical interviews in collaboration with HR to validate skills and select qualified

candidates.

Support customers in understanding deliverables and set realistic expectations about service

outcomes.

What You Need:

Notes:

  • At least 5 years of experience in technical coordination, IT support, or service desk management.
  • Proven experience in managing field service operations and coordinating remote support.
  • Previous involvement in technical vetting, resource allocation, or team support.
  • Hands-on experience with troubleshooting IT issues and guiding engineers/customers.
  • Exposure to multi-vendor environments or working with partner/contractor engineers is a plus.
  • Experience in assisting HR/Recruitment with technical interviews is desirable.
