IT Strategic Projects Coordinator

The IT Strategic Projects Coordinator is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of key IT initiatives that drive business transformation. You will play an important role in tracking project activities, documenting progress, and ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Working closely with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders, you will help ensure the successful delivery of technology projects such as system implementations, ERP rollouts, and other enterprise-wide initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and monitor project activities, ensuring progress aligns with defined timelines and quality requirements.
  • Document project updates, risks, and issues, supporting project managers in keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Support IT deployments, system rollouts, and other strategic initiatives across the organization.
  • Apply project management tools and methodologies to ensure efficiency and consistency.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years' experience in IT or business project coordination, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and productivity tools; working knowledge of project management methodologies.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Experience supporting ERP rollouts or IT deployments is an advantage.
  • Willing to be based in Ortigas or Novaliches.
