Job Description\

As a seasoned accountant, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining accurate and timely financial records across multiple international entities.

Key responsibilities include preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and IFRS, managing AP, AR, and general ledger functions in complex multi-entity environments, processing and reconciling inter-company transactions and eliminations, and preparing detailed variance analyses and performance reports for executives.

  • Maintain accurate and timely financial records across multiple international entities.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and IFRS.
  • Manage AP, AR, and general ledger functions in complex multi-entity environments.
  • Process and reconcile inter-company transactions and eliminations.
  • Prepare detailed variance analyses and performance reports for executives.
\Required Skills and Qualifications\

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • CPA license or international equivalent (CA, CGA, ACCA).
  • 5–8 years of accounting experience in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or regulated industries.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and international accounting standards.
  • Proven confidentiality and discretion with sensitive financial data.
  • Experience with SEC/public company reporting and regulated audit environments.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently across time zones in a remote setup.
