The Impact You Will Have

As a member of our Client Connectivity Services team, you will be responsible for connecting clients to automate the data transfer process via a defined list of transfer protocols and network options. You will configure data delivery for selected products and ensure timely and accurate delivery. Your tasks will include gathering and validating client data, implementing network and authentication configurations, performing data delivery configurations and verifications, navigating internal stakeholders to resolve client queries, managing client expectations, monitoring and tracking client queries, supporting client queries via email and over the phone, troubleshooting internal alerts, accurately documenting work performed, providing support on weekends and public holidays as required, minimizing risk by following established policies and procedures, escalating issues, and supporting positive relationships with key internal/external clients and partners, and contributing to department projects and meeting team objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 Years of Related Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred or Equivalent Experience

Other Information

Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, such as 9pm to 6am shift. Good understanding of IT networking and knowledge of transfer protocols including FTP/S, SFTP, IBM MQ Messaging, Connect: Direct – Network Data Mover (NDM), and computing systems including Linux/Unix and IBM Mainframe.
