Job Title

A Software Automation Specialist is required to design and implement automated test solutions for complex ERP systems.

  • Create maintainable end-to-end tests using testing frameworks such as Playwright and Selenium.
  • Develop a scalable automation architecture using Page Object Model (POM) or similar design patterns.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Team City, Mercurial/Git, and GitHub.
  • Develop an overall automation strategy focusing on UI/integration testing while supporting API and performance testing as needed.
  • Perform cross-browser testing and analyze results.
  • Participate in code review meetings and support other testers in approach, design, script development, execution, and reporting.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to apply them to existing projects.
  • Demonstrate automation solutions to stakeholders showcasing value and progress.
  • Monitor daily test reports and take necessary actions to address failures or issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as C# or Typescript.
  • Experience designing and executing functional UI, backend, and APIs based manual and automated tests.
  • Working knowledge of SQL.
  • Agile - Scrum, Kanban, or Lean development process experience.
  • Cucumber/Gherkin, Playwright, Selenium WebDriver open-source frameworks experience.
  • Jenkins, Team City, mercurial or other build management, continuous integration tools experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Performance testing.
