Front-line Customer Service Representative

The role of the Front-line Customer Service Representative involves providing exceptional customer service to internal team members, clients and vendors. This individual will be responsible for communicating ongoing issues through the appropriate escalation process and providing timely feedback and responses to end users.

This role requires a strong customer service orientation when dealing with all external clients. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with all parties for problem resolution, providing a professional response. Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting contractor onboarding processes efficiently
  • Responding to all inbound telephone calls, ticket requests, and e-mail correspondence in a timely manner/according to SLA's
  • Utilizing working knowledge of various supported Vendor Management Software to troubleshoot issues
  • Employing customized and standardized situational responses and processes to resolve customer issues
  • Recognizing and gathering relevant information on customer issues/scenarios requiring further solutions. Escalating such issues according to standard escalation process
  • Making recommendations to improve efficiencies where applicable
  • Assisting with training of peers in the standards and practices within the Customer Support organization
  • Receiving and reviewing new requisition requests daily using the VMS tool
  • Participating in special projects and performing other duties as assigned

To be considered for this position, candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and have experience in recruitment (in-house, RPO, MSP or Core HR). Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, both in one-on-one and group settings, and be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships. They must also be skilled at working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple work assignments simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products is required, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
