Job Overview
The Sales Representative role at Regan Industrial Sales, Inc. is a key position responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and acquiring new customers to expand our customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Email Support: Provides timely and effective email support to resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
- Customer Communication: Enhances communication between customers and sales teams to ensure seamless transactions and resolve any issues promptly.
- Issue Coordination: Coordinates important customer issues to assigned colleagues to ensure prompt resolution and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Client Relationship Management: Responsible for maintaining a close relationship with existing clients, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- New Customer Acquisition: Acquires new customers through strategic outreach, networking, and marketing efforts to expand our customer base.
- Sales Performance: Responsible for meeting sales volume and revenue goals, as well as standards for activity such as the number of sales and inquiries.
- Report Generation: Generates regular reports to immediate supervisors/ managers and management regarding updates and insights related to work and suggests ideas for product and service improvement.
- Order Processing: Processes sales orders and coordinates delivery to valued clients in a timely and efficient manner.
- Team Support: Provides support to colleagues performing saturation outside of the office, ensuring seamless operations and continuous growth.
- Ad Hoc Tasks: Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time to contribute to the team's success.
