We Are Hiring – Finance & Accounting Professionals (Multiple Roles)

Location: Alabang (Temp WFH; must be amenable to report onsite when required)

Shift: Night Shift / US Hours (including holidays)

We are looking for experienced Finance & Accounting professionals to join our growing team. Candidates must have strong analytical skills, experience in high-volume transactions, and preferably with prior exposure to US or multinational clients.

Available Roles
1. Accounts Receivable – Cash Applications (5 openings)
  • 3–5 years' experience in Cash Applications, Payment Applications, Dispute Management, Research, and Reconciliation (Bank & Balance Sheet)
  • Experience with large volume transactions
  • Accountancy, Finance, or related business graduate

  • Level & Compensation:

  • Tenured (3–5+ years): Supervisory Level, up to Php 70,000

  • Otherwise: Sr. Analyst Level, up to Php 48,000
2. Billing (7 openings)
  • 3–5 years' experience in Billing/Invoicing (preparation, review, sending invoices)
  • Experience with large volume transactions
  • College undergraduates accepted with Accounting knowledge/experience
  • Level & Compensation: Sr. Analyst Level, up to Php 48,000
3. Credit & Collections (4 openings)
  • 3–5 years' experience in Credit & Collections (Payment follow-up, delinquent accounts, payment arrangements)
  • Strong reconciliation & analytical skills
  • Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUPs, Macros) and ERP tools (Ariba, Coupa, Corrigo)
  • Accountancy/Finance graduate
  • Level & Compensation: Sr. Analyst Level, up to Php 48,000
4. General Ledger (4 openings)
  • 3–5 years' experience in GL/General Accounting (Journal Entries, Closing of Books, Reconciliations)
  • Proficiency in Citrix, PowerBI, JDEdwards, CoStar, Soft4
  • CPA a plus

  • Level & Compensation:

  • Tenured (3–5+ years): Supervisory Level, up to Php 70,000

  • Otherwise: Sr. Analyst Level, up to Php 48,000
5. Revenue Accounting (2 openings)
  • 3–5 years' experience in Revenue Recognition/Revenue Accounting (journal entries, reconciliations, deferred revenue, SOX controls, flux analyses)
  • Audit firm experience (PwC, EY, KPMG, etc.) highly preferred
  • CPA a plus

  • Level & Compensation:

  • Tenured (3–5+ years): Supervisory Level, up to Php 70,000

  • Otherwise: Sr. Analyst Level, up to Php 48,000
