Project Manager Role

The success of an organization heavily relies on the strategic planning and execution of projects. As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that multiple projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

You will be responsible for overseeing assigned projects, leading project kick-off calls, and collaborating with project leads to ensure all projects have necessary documents in place. Exceptional communication, organization, time-management, and leadership skills are essential for this role.

  • Lead or support project kick-off calls with sponsors and stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, aligned to set objectives and standards.
  • Coordinate and monitor the activities of project team members and vendors/contractors.
  • Report and communicate project status and updates to stakeholders and the Leadership Team.
  • Identify, communicate, and escalate deviations from the project plan.

Apart from these key responsibilities, you will also be involved in facilitating project team meetings and communication, creating project presentations or reports, and qualifying candidates based on specific criteria.

To excel in this position, you should have a bachelor's degree, 5+ years leading project delivery experience, expertise in project management methodologies and tools, excellent interpersonal and English communication skills, and experience working in cross-functional teams and influencing change without direct authority.
