Job Title: Business Growth Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Growth Manager to join our team. This role involves identifying and pursuing product opportunities within various market segments, with a strong focus on B2B and corporate accounts.

The successful candidate will drive business growth and expand market presence through effective customer mapping, market penetration efforts, and relationship building. Key responsibilities include preparing and negotiating tailored proposals, closing deals to achieve sales targets, and managing all aspects of project execution.

This position also requires developing innovative sales strategies, lead generation initiatives, and market sensing activities to identify new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue product opportunities in various market segments.
  • Conduct customer mapping and market penetration efforts.
  • Buld and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Prepare tailored proposals and negotiate terms.
  • Set and implement strategic goals to drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or an equivalent field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in B2B/Corporate Sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
