Overview

Senior Product Manager role at GoTeam. This position centers on leading end-to-end strategy and execution for key product lines, leveraging AI to innovate and deliver value for users globally.

Responsibilities
  • Find Purpose by leading the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and execution for key product lines, building the future of our platform.

  • Lead the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and execution for key product lines, building the future of our platform and making a direct impact.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs, and define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to post-launch iteration, using data analytics to inform decisions and measure success.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 5+ years in product management with a proven track record of successful product launches. Understanding of APIs, platforms, system design, and data architecture. Experience launching and scaling digital products end-to-end. Strong strategic thinking with a data-driven approach. Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp). Proficient in data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau). Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Non-Negotiables: Onsite work setup in Cebu City, PH (Mon-Fri). Availability for Dayshift (7:00 AM–4:00 PM PH Time). Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • Bonus Points: Certifications in Product Management (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner). Experience on AI-powered applications. Experience with AI coding assistant tools. SQL – basic querying.
Role at a Glance
  • Compensation: PHP 130, ,000 (depending on experience).
  • Schedule: Dayshift (7:00 AM–4:00 PM PH Time), Monday–Friday.
  • Work Setup: Onsite (Cebu City, PH).
