Job Description
  • Establish and maintain working capital lines and long-term funding requirements from new and existing relationships
  • Work closely with the Risk Management Team to explore derivative products from banks/financial institutions and counterparties
  • Negotiate with banks to reduce interest rates, bank charges, and other costs
  • Investigate various bank products to secure better transaction deals
Responsibilities
  1. Prepare financial forecasts and models for all entities, including projects related to expansion (CAPEX, etc.)
  2. Perform analysis of financial projections versus actual results
  3. Support new business development by leading the creation of pitch documents and participating in client pitches
  4. Liaise with clients to advise on transaction strategy, deal structuring, and negotiation tactics
  5. Manage multiple projects and transactions simultaneously, including those with affiliates
Requirements
  • Graduate degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Knowledge of financial statement interpretation
  • At least 2 years' experience establishing relationships with banks and/or hedging counterparties
  • Proven administrative and client-facing support skills
  • Experience in fundraising and investor relations is advantageous
  • Exposure to working closely with the Head of Finance is beneficial
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
