Financial Operations Manager

As a Financial Operations Manager, you will oversee the preparation and accuracy of financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations. This role involves preparing critical accounting reports to support decision-making at the executive level.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Statements: Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • BIR Compliance & Tax Filings: Ensure compliance with BIR regulations by preparing and filing tax returns on time.
  • Accounting Reports: Prepare and submit critical accounting reports to senior management, including variance analysis and financial trend analysis.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise, train, and mentor accounting staff to ensure accurate processing of financial data and timely completion of accounting tasks.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field.
  • Certifications: Possession of relevant professional certifications, such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience as an Accounting Supervisor or similar role.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
