**Job Title:** Financial Operations ManagerAs a key member of our financial team, you will oversee the entire accounting operation, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all company accounting tasks.Key responsibilities include:
  • Supervise account payable and receivable processes, analyze financial data, and create timely reports for executives and senior management.
  • Develop recommendations to optimize accounting systems and procedures, detect inaccuracies, and support personnel on accounting control procedures.
  • Lead a team of accounting assistants and bookkeepers, plan their work, and assign tasks.
Responsibilities:
  1. Review and manage accounts payable and receivable.
  2. Analyze financial data and create reports on financial status.
  3. Develop recommendations to optimize accounting systems and procedures.
  4. Support personnel on accounting control procedures.
  5. Supervise accounting assistants and bookkeepers.
  6. Take part in forecasting and financial standards setting processes.
  7. Participate in department's goal setting activities and month-end/year-end close processes.
  8. Organize financial statements and budget preparation.
  9. Support tax audits and returns.
  10. Ensure that accounting procedures comply with GAAP requirements.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years' experience in a Financial Controller, Accounting Supervisor, Chief or Senior Accountant role.
  • Profound experience with typical accounting procedures.
  • Good knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Good practical experience with accounting software packages such as FreshBooks and QuickBooks.
  • BS degree in Accounting, Finance or other relevant certifications such as CMA or CPA will be a bonus.
