Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Virtual Property Manager to provide administrative support to our property management company. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in property management, excellent communication skills, and a strong attention to detail.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing property listings, handling receivables and deposits, entering and processing bills, and assisting with tenant move-in processes. They will also perform basic bookkeeping tasks, assist with financial data entry and reconciliation, maintain accurate records in property management systems, and provide email and text follow-ups as needed.

To be considered for this role, you must have experience with AppFolio, a basic accounting background, and strong written communication skills in English. You should also be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
