Property Manager Job Description

The Property Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of short and long-term rental properties. This includes managing maintenance coordination, guest satisfaction, marketing, and compliance with local laws.

This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of property management, including maintenance, guest services, marketing, and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of property management principles and practices.

  • Manage short-term rental property operations, including maintenance, guest services, and marketing.
  • Oversee long-term rental property operations, including tenant relations, lease pricing, property showings, and maintenance.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and have a strong attention to detail. Additionally, they will be proactive in identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the overall performance of the property.
