We're seeking a Property Management Assistant to join our growing team.

What You'll Do:

● Lease Documentation

● Inspection Violations

● Maintenance Tickets

● Answering phone calls

● Assisting Processing work orders

● Email management

● General Administrative work

What We're Looking For (Required Skills/Experience):

● Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.

● Experience in property management.

● Customer Relations experience.

● Proficiency with Atfolio Property Management software.

● Experience using RingCentral for phone and communication management.

● Familiarity with the Google 365 suite, including basic proficiency with Google Sheets.

● Strong background in customer relations with excellent verbal and written English

communication skills.
