Quality Assurance Manager

This role oversees the Quality function to ensure that tasks and responsibilities are carried out effectively and efficiently.

The manager will be responsible for coaching, development, collaboration, operational review, Verint management, client relations, and forecasting.

  • Coaching: Provides regular coaching support to team leads to reinforce strengths and develop areas of opportunity.
  • Collaboration: Encourages collaboration across departments to contribute to business strategies and guarantee high performance.
  • Operational Review: Participates in internal meetings to discuss trends, action plans, and progress, providing recommendations for process innovation.
  • Verint Management: Ensures tool usage and self-training for all versions, maintains communication with IT and technical teams, and keeps data updated to comply with recording % per client agreements.
  • Client Relations: Manages client communication as the point of contact to align Quality with business strategies and contributes to process improvements between the company and the client.

Required Skills + Qualities:

  • At least 6 years working experience in a call center environment, at least 5 years within the quality space, and 3 years as a manager with strong coaching experience.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, excellent oral and written communication, adaptability to changing schedules, active listening, ability to operate with minimal supervision, good multi-tasking and supervisory/management skills.
