Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Automation Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Automation Leader to lead our quality assurance strategy across teams.

The ideal candidate will have experience in both manual and automation testing, as well as experience in leading a team. They will be responsible for defining and implementing testing strategies, frameworks, and best practices across all projects.

The role involves driving test planning, prioritization, and execution of both manual and automated testing across frontend, backend, and mobile systems. They will also oversee the design, development, and maintenance of scalable, reusable automated test scripts.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to continuous improvement. They will be knowledgeable in testing, verification, and validation techniques to ensure software quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement testing strategies, frameworks, and best practices across all projects.
  • Drive test planning, prioritization, and execution of both manual and automated testing across frontend, backend, and mobile systems.
  • Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of scalable, reusable automated test scripts.
  • Mentor QA engineers and foster a culture of accountability, technical excellence, and continuous learning within the QA team.

Requirements:

  • At least 5+ years experience in both manual and automation testing and at least 1 year experience in leading a team.
  • Development and execution of test plans and scenarios.
  • Experience in writing automated tests in Selenium, Cypress, and Appium, Robot Framework.
  • Testing complex GUIs, APIs, and platforms.
  • Source control management like Git, Bitbucket, etc.
