Lead Salesforce Quality Assurance Professional

The Lead Quality Assurance professional spearheads the overall testing strategy and quality assurance efforts across projects, ensuring seamless execution of project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Delivery Leads to define User Story Acceptance Criteria, driving clear expectations for project success.
  • Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities to meet project deadlines and quality goals.
  • Identify, record, document, and track bugs, communicating effectively with the development team for timely resolution.
  • Design, develop, and execute test scripts to enhance testing efficiency and coverage for new and existing features.
  • Monitor and improve quality assurance metrics, such as defect densities and open defect counts, to ensure exceptional software quality.
  • Apply tailored testing processes for new and existing products, meeting specific client needs and project requirements.
  • Perform thorough exploratory, functional, and regression testing to ensure reliability, usability, and performance of software applications.
  • Collaborate with developers and other team members to identify and address potential quality issues early in the development process.

The Lead Quality Assurance professional serves as a technical connector, collaborator, and communicator with a strong bias towards user empathy and understanding problems before identifying solutions. They are responsible for team leadership, fostering collaboration among QA members, and overseeing the implementation of testing processes.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience leading testing and quality assurance activities and a team.
  • Experience in developing test plans and writing test cases.
  • Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Tenacious, detailed oriented and self motivated.
  • Experience of using JIRA or similar tools for defect tracking and management.
