About the role

As the Warehouse Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of warehouse associates to ensure the seamless flow of inventory, timely order fulfillment, and adherence to all safety and quality standards. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced team leader to make a significant impact within a fast-paced, growth-oriented manufacturing and logistics organization.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and coordinate the daily activities of the warehouse team, delegating tasks and overseeing productivity and performance
  • Ensure the proper receiving, storage, and distribution of all incoming and outgoing inventory
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, identify discrepancies, and implement solutions to optimise stock management
  • Train, develop, and motivate the warehouse team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Implement and enforce all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe and compliant warehouse operation
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and customer service, to address any issues or concerns
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the Warehouse Manager on the team's performance and any operational challenges
