
Property Admin Staff

To provide administrative support in the day-to-day operations of property management or real estate activities, ensuring smooth communication between tenants, clients, and the property team.
Job Duties:
- Answer phone calls and emails related to tenant inquiries, maintenance requests, or property viewings.
- Prepare and file documents such as lease agreements, contracts, and tenant records.
- Schedule appointments for property viewings, inspections, repairs, and meetings.
- Maintain tenant databases and property records (rent payments, contracts, complaints, etc.).
- Assist with rent collection and follow up on unpaid dues.
- Liaise with contractors or vendors for repairs, cleaning, or renovations.
- Support property managers with daily tasks and reporting.
- Organize office supplies and documents for easy access and workflow.
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs including keys, welcome kits, and exit checklists.
- Help with marketing materials for rental listings
