Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Mechanical Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our critical facilities systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain electrical power distribution systems, UPS systems, generators, HVAC equipment, chiller plants, fire alarm and detection systems, fire suppression systems, access control systems, security surveillance systems, and wire management systems.
  • Collaborate with affiliates and customer facilities management teams to implement preventive maintenance programs for building facilities.
  • Develop engineering plans, estimate costs, create project schedules, and specify materials for facility-related projects and customer requirements.

Technical Support

  • Work closely with technicians on daily operation and maintenance activities.
  • Generate reports for O&M activities and update equipment history records.
  • Submit periodic reports, such as O&M performance reports and project status reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in data center operations.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including HVAC, generators, and UPS systems.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
