Job Summary:

Will oversee, plan, and execute construction projects in compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and local regulations. The role involves coordinating with contractors, clients, and site teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and interpret structural and civil design plans, drawings, and specifications.

  • Supervise on-site construction activities and ensure work complies with approved plans and standards.

  • Conduct site inspections, quality control, and safety audits.

  • Prepare progress reports, project schedules, and cost estimates.

  • Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.

  • Resolve technical issues and recommend design modifications when necessary.

  • Ensure all engineering documents comply with local laws and regulations.

  • Sign and seal plans, as required by law, as a licensed civil engineer.

  • Manage project documentation and submit required reports to regulatory agencies.

  • Perform other tasks assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC Registered).

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

  • Minimum of 2–5 years relevant experience in construction project management or site supervision.

  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other relevant engineering software.

  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.

  • Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

  • Willing to be assigned on-site as needed
