Senior Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Sales Representative to join our team at RSV HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT INC. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.
About the RoleThe Senior Sales Representative will be responsible for selling products or services to customers, building strong relationships with them, and identifying opportunities to increase sales.
- Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year (based on location and experience)
- Bonus structure: Eligible for performance-based bonuses up to 20% of annual salary
As a Senior Sales Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Selling products or services to customers through various channels, including in-person meetings, phone calls, and emails
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
- Identifying opportunities to increase sales and implementing strategies to achieve sales goals
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues promptly and professionally
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to understand customer needs and preferences and to develop effective sales strategies.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed as a Senior Sales Representative, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or sales
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a similar industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
