Job Description:

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy that aligns with business objectives and enhances the employee experience.
  • HRIS Management: Manage and maintain our Human Resource Information System (HRIS) ensuring its accuracy, efficiency, and security.
  • Employee Experience: Design and deliver innovative digital solutions to improve employee engagement, productivity, and job satisfaction.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Foster collaboration and communication among cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and employees through digital channels.
  • Knowledge Management: Develop and implement a knowledge management strategy to capture, organize, share, and promote knowledge across the organization.

    About You:

  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in HR Service Delivery Centers, HRSC or Centers of Excellence, knowledge of compliance reports, analytics KPIs, SLA, OKRs, managing people, vendor management.
  • Skillset: Strong leadership and collaboration skills, excellent project management skills, experience working with cross-functional teams, excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
