Job Description

We are seeking a Digital Workplace Adoption Specialist to drive the adoption of digital workplace and productivity solutions across our organization. This role will play a crucial part in enhancing employee productivity and experience.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the adoption of digital workplace and productivity solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing tools and processes.

  • Develop and execute adoption programs, including training, communications, and hands-on guidance for key activities.

  • Analyze current solution utilization and identify opportunities for improvement, leading to increased adoption and usage.

  • Stay up-to-date on product roadmaps and new features, recommending relevant solutions to stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective adoption strategies.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent level of experience.

  • At least 1-2 years of experience managing workplace productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace).

  • 3 years of experience driving service/solution adoption across medium to large enterprises.

  • Strong communication skills, verbal and non-verbal.

  • ITIL foundation certification is preferred.

  • Capability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and requires little supervisory attention.
